This course aims to explore the multifaceted aspects of leadership, emphasizing the critical role of effective leadership in delivering quality patient care and fostering team cohesion. The curriculum integrates theoretical foundations with real-world scenarios, case studies,and interactive discussions to develop a comprehensive understanding of leadership within the context of paramedicine.
