Practicum IV: Quantum Executive Leadership

Catalog description

NUR 780 students compose skills of leading healthcare organizations in constant motion and change. Students practice transformational leadership by synthesis of evidence, identification of patterns, and adaption and outcomes analysis. Students formulate strategies to influence policy and improve structure, process, and outcomes in macrosystem leadership by incorporating relational and whole systems thinking.
