Practicum III: Pediatric Acute and Primary Care in the Urgent/Emergency Care Setting

NUR 740 is the third preceptor-supervised practice course for pediatric advanced practice students in which they further their role development by providing healthcare services to pediatric patients in the urgent/emergency care settings. The emphasis of this course is on the development of assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills in the assessment, triaging and management of pediatric patients in the urgent/emergency care settings.
