NUR 416 focuses on applying the CUCON Care Management Model in promoting, protecting, restoring and maintaining health in clients with increasingly complex illness acuity and chronicity. Emphasis is placed on concepts and exemplars involving urgent or emergent, complex, and/or multi-system health alterations affecting diverse populations across the lifespan.
