This is a course in human embryology designed to provide students with insight into the important correlation between human embryology and clinical problems associated with pregnancy and birth defects. The course will cover development of all of the systems of the body. The fetus, placentation, birth and delivery will also be covered. Major congenital malformations will be discussed in detail.
