Corporations seeking sustained competitive advantage (SCA) embrace sustainability principles, while "social entrepreneurs" apply business thinking to societal grand challenges. This course examines what it means to be sustainable, analyzes corporate environmental and social activities, and investigates efforts to reach underserved "base of the pyramid" markets.
