Catalog description

Nonprofit organizations have a unique governance model that requires thorough understanding. This course will introduce the students to effectively recruiting, training, and managing board members. Also, the students will learn about strategic planning as an imperative for running a sustainable and mission-centered organization. CR: Enrolled in the BS-Leadership program; Enrolled in the BS-Paramedicine program.
