This course introduces students to the concepts and practical applications of strategic leadership, project planning, and project management, preparing them with the skills necessary to develop, implement, monitor, and revise a successful project plan. Students will incorporate the use of computers and technology into the process of managing projects in collaboration with others in today's digital world. Satisfies Magis Core: Designated Technology.
