Students in this course investigate foundational information about leading in today's world. Students will be introduced to leadership theories and practices, ethical issues, and reflective processes from a leadership perspective. Students will also learn concepts of organizational leadership as well as how Ignatian values connect to professional growth. P: ENG 150 ; CR: Enrolled in the BS-Leadership program; Enrolled in the BS-Paramedicine program.
