Introduction to Leadership Studies

Catalog description

Students in this course investigate foundational information about leading in today's world. Students will be introduced to leadership theories and practices, ethical issues, and reflective processes from a leadership perspective. Students will also learn concepts of organizational leadership as well as how Ignatian values connect to professional growth.
