School Improvement

Catalog description

This course addresses using and aligning the processes for continuous school improvement. Key concepts in this course include; the importance of a shared mission, vision, values, and goals, using data to develop a plan, role of professional development in school improvement, and monitoring and implementation of school improvement plan. Students will review and develop a school improvement plan. The change process will be discussed in order to help students understand how to implement continuous improvement efforts effectively.
