Students engage perspectives on “balance”, wellness, and justice in (paid) working life and personal/family life from multiple disciplinary perspectives. Students explore the implications for social justice in (Western) cultural norms (including gendered and classist practices), governmental policies, organizational program, relational practices, and individual negotiations of identity(s) concerning balance and wellness.
