This course will focus on the effects of exercise and nutrition on cellular processes from a mechanistic and biochemical perspective. Topics will include nutrients and their metabolism within the human body at the molecular and cellular levels as well as the biochemistry of muscular processes, hormones, and exercise metabolism.
