Catalog description
A lecture course covering the theory and practice of chemical analysis and instrumentation methods. Topics covered include principles of stoichiometry and equilibrium as applied to precipitation, acid-base, complexometric, electrochemical, spectroscopic analysis, and chromatographic theory, both gas and liquid, as a separation tool with practical applications. P: A grade of C or better in CHM 205 and CHM 206 .
