The Photo Diary

Catalog description

Investigation of the diary form of reflection on personal themes such as family roots, displacement, death and loss, personal relationships, transcendence, etc. Students will use photographs along with words to record and communicate regular reflection pieces. Examples from various autobiographical and journal formats will be studied. Students are not expected to have prior knowledge of photography. Simple equipment is sufficient.
