Life Drawing I

Catalog description

This drawing course, structured around the concept that working from observation leads to deeper understanding of process which manifests itself in a more personal and expressive vision. Students investigate a broad range of historical and contemporary drawing practices related to the human figure. Students also build knowledge of basic human anatomy and the variety of material and means available to describe complex form in illuminated space. Studio Arts materials fee is charged.
