Catalog description

In this course, you will explore the policies, procedures, and systems required to attract, select, develop, and retain quality employees in today?s labor-intensive service industry. Along the way, you will analyze the major environmental factors that affect employees? lives, the service-industry's HR function, day-to-day operations, and broad decision making. You will also explore ways to align a firm's core values with its performance objectives and develop strategies to mitigate, manage, and improve customer and employee satisfaction as well as business performance.
