Catalog description

Physics 2207- PHYS 2208 is a two-semester introductory physics sequence with lab. The courses build the foundations for quantitatively modeling the world around us and reasoning about physical phenomena. These skills are developed in the context of how mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and waves can be used to model complex biological and medical systems. Offered in Ithaca Fall terms only; offered in Qatar Spring terms.
