This intensive one-week studio brings together Cornell EMBA/MS Executive students and Siemens Healthineers for a hands-on collaboration in Munich and Erlangen, Germany. Designed as an immersive global experience, the program explores real-world healthcare challenges at the intersection of business, innovation, and technology. Through direct engagement with Siemens Healthineers experts, students gain firsthand insight into international healthcare markets, strategic frameworks, and co-creative problem-solving. Working in interdisciplinary teams, participants will apply design thinking methodologies to develop innovative solutions that reflect both global perspectives and local needs. The studio fosters deep understanding of complex healthcare systems, cultivates cross-cultural collaboration, and prepares students to lead in an increasingly interconnected healthcare landscape.
