The course has lined up guest lecturers from a variety of different Wall-Street backgrounds with the objective of giving the students exposure to senior, well-established and diverse finance executives from Wall Street. The goal of the class is to afford students access to some of the most influential and experienced investment bankers, investors and regulators on Wall Street with a particular focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructurings, Regulatory Compliance and associated Negotiations strategies across these financial disciplines
