The course provides an overview of the legal framework governing the pursuit of business activity in the Single Market of the European Union. It covers what every lawyer needs to know about the EU regarding the legal framework for the pursuit of business activity (both from the perspective of businesses and consumers involved). The course explores both the foundations of the Single Market of the EU and specific area of regulation applicable to business transaction.
