Introduction to Conflict Resolution and Negotiation

Catalog description

This is an introductory-level course designed to be of value and appealing to the broad Cornell undergraduate student body. It will provide an introduction to the concepts of conflict, negotiations, and conflict resolution. The course will examine negotiations and conflict resolution in a range of different contexts, such as labor and employment, commercial, educational, family, environmental and community conflicts.
