This class introduces you to concepts and tools required to productively use AI, and manage teams of people who do. It introduces concepts, methods and tools required to be an effective AI user in a technical, data driven organization. There is a focus on process automation and AI as a team member / co-worker, skills which are applicable to any operating environment. In addition to presenting an overall picture of AI and teaching qualitative aspects of the role, the course emphasizes specific approaches and tools which can be safely, ethically and securely used in the workplace.
