Mastering interpersonal influence is crucial for personal and professional success. This course focuses on navigating interpersonal communications to build credibility, inspire trust, and ethically create the desired impacts personally and professionally. You will practice your communication and leadership skills through a variety of immersive exercises and simulations designed to help you learn to manage conflict, navigate office politics, inspire others, and advocate for your ideas.
