Catalog description
This course is designed to provide the student with the basic theory and clinical experiences needed 128 Copiah-LinCoLn Community CoLLege to provide safe, effective care to the adult client experiencing acute, chronic, or life-threatening physical health conditions in all body systems and the knowledge to prepare for the role transition from student to practical nurse. Eight hours lecture and four hours clinical per week. Credit, twelve semester hours. (Total instructional hours for the course: 120 hr. lecture, 180 hr. clinical)
