Catalog description

A final internship which builds upon Practicum I, II & III, the student will, under the supervision of an approved program preceptor, integrate concepts developed in the didactic, laboratory, and clinical settings to the care of patients in the field setting with a focus on team leadership. One hour lecture, four hours clinical each week. Credit, three semester hours. HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM TECHNOLOGY (HRT)
