Catalog description
Introduction to problem-solving methods and algorithm development; designing, debugging, branch- ing, looping, scope rules, functions, input/output manipulation (to include text files), simple arrays, and a variety of applications in an object-oriented programming language. Course has lecture with integrated lab components. Three hours lecture/lab per week. Credit, three semester hours.
