Catalog description
Prerequisite: BIOSC-172 or BIOSC-873N (may take concurrently) Advisory: Algebra 1 skills and Expository Writing skills recommended. In Bio172L, basic biology concepts are applied directly to a scientific investigation of how best to produce biofuels using algae. This course is scheduled to meet on-campus at the days and times indicated. Students should be co-enrolled in BIOSC 172-3640 or have previously taken BIOSC 172.
