This course will help students apply important concepts, principles, and practices related to facilitating learning in the adult learner within the context of planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of an educational offering. Students are expected to synthesize prior coursework in the implementation of the multifaceted nurse educator role in the selected practicum setting. Socialization to and the embodiment of the nurse educator role is explored in the practicum and didactic settings.
