Topics may include scattering from water column phenomena (e.g., bubbles, rough surfaces, turbulent microstructure, biota), high frequency signal propagation, sonar systems (single beam, multibeam, side scan sonar), or other subjects based on student need/interest. With a change in content, may be repeated for credit.
