Social Media Mining and Analysis

Catalog description

Introduction to techniques and skills useful in mining social media content, including Large Language Models. A semester-long project is the highlight of this course. Students should have preliminary knowledge of data analysis, statistics, probability, and machine learning, and proficiency in either R or Python.
