This practicum is an examination of professionals, processes, patterns, purposes and patients (5Ps) of a selected clinical microsystem with a focus on identification of current quality improvement systems, processes and outcomes. Application and integration of concepts addressed in Nursing 5235 will be emphasized. This foundational practicum experience will inform future integration of key curriculum concepts in the advanced nursing practice specialty.
