This course will help students apply important principles of curriculum design and program evaluation within the context of the nurse educator role. Integration of curriculum development and program evaluation best practices and change management principles to lead continuous quality improvement in the selected practicum setting is emphasized. Students taking this course will be assigned a grade of S (satisfactory) or U (unsatisfactory).
