Nanostructural Characterization - Scattering
University of Connecticut-Avery Point · UGRD · Fall 2026
1 section
Catalog description
Introduces the theory, methods and application of scattering (X-ray, neutron and light) for nano-structural characterizations. Scattering is one of the most important tools in probing the global (average) nanoscale structures of materials, a complementary method to microscopy, which reveals local structures via micrographic images.
