Catalog description

This course introduces a word-building system for medical terms through the use of a programmed text. This course facilitates appropriate pronunciation, analysis and application of medical terminology derived from Greek and Latin components. Students will be prepared for accepted use of professional and medical terms to articulate knowledge and understanding of human body structure and function within science coursework and clinical rehabilitation practice.
