Catalog description

Ambulatory care is a growing aspect of pharmacy practice. Pharmacy graduates are given the clinical knowledge to manage chronic conditions and to assess patients with complex medication regimens through skills gained in clinical courses. This course will help students to further develop their clinical problem-solving skills and introduce the practice management skills needed to develop and maintain an ambulatory care practice. Prerequisites: (PHAR 452 or 6530 ) and (PHAR 472 or 6740 ).
