This course is for the DE-MSN student. Students will explore principles of effective leadership and management for the professional nurse. This course will focus on leadership concepts, theories, skills and legal and ethical principles that apply to professional, intraprofessional and interprofessional teams in caring for the needs of individuals, groups and organizations.
