Complex & Transitional Care Theory

Catalog description

This course is for the DE-MSN student. Students will concentrate on the nursing and interprofessional care of diverse patients who are managing complex, chronic health conditions. Added emphasis is on the application of evidence-based guidelines and the development of clinical reasoning skills tailored to meet the transitional care needs of this unique patient population.
