Organizational Behavior

Catalog description

This course considers the behavior of individuals and groups within an organizational context. Students consider individual-level factors such as motivation and attitudes, group-level factors such as communication, leadership, work teams and conflict, and organizational-level factors such as organizational structure, culture, learning and change process. Prerequisites: (MGMT 130 or 1200 ).
