Catalog description

This course will consist primarily of intermediate epistolary readings from the New Testament or other Greek epistolary literature. Students will increase their knowledge of Greek vocabulary and further develop their understanding of Greek syntax. They will study the culture and genre in which the assigned texts were written while also learning about the textual apparatus used in critical editions of the Greek New Testament. Finally, they will produce an exegetical analysis. Prerequisites: (GRK 304 or 3020 ).
