Catalog description

This course explores the nature of alternative education programs in public schools, and other alternative educational settings, studying delivery systems, collaboration, transition, and role of the teacher or program leader including compliance with legislative statutes and policies. Current trends and issues are discussed. Note: successful completion of EDG 5600 or permission from the professor are required for registration. Prerequisite: EDG 5600 .
