Catalog description

This course provides one of two culminating clinical experiences for students pursuing a dual major in education. This course specifically prepares candidates pursuing a license in elementary and middle school education. Teacher candidates will be mentored in the responsibilities and expectations of a K-9 teacher through observations, reflections, discussions, and professional development meetings. Elementary dual major candidates will enroll concurrently in one of the student teaching courses for Early Childhood or Special Education majors. Prerequisite: minimum score of 01 in 'Upper Division Status'.
