This course focuses on understanding individual behavior. Topics include building healthy relationships, proactive interaction, the different types of trauma, effects of trauma, trauma-informed care, and teaching healthy choices. Students will learn skills and strategies for de-escalating, resolving, and preventing conflict, aggression and violence.
