This seminar course provides a forum for group discussion on topics related to practicum experiences, current trends in the medical field, and career planning for medical assistants. Students will develop and present a professional portfolio, including a cover letter, resume, certifications, and documentation of achievements. The course also offers preparation and practice opportunities for the medical assistant credentialing examination.
