This capstone course will integrate professionalism, diversity, evidence-based research, healthcare trends, and leadership to promote nursing excellence. Emphasis is placed on identifying an opportunity for change and proposing a solution. A variety of nursing considerations including ethics, law, regulatory agencies, and advocacy will be explored.
