This course promotes the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and judgements essential to effectively lead and mange self and others within constantly changing healthcare environments. Emphasis is placed on strategies that facilitate quality improvement, interprofessional collaboration, conflict management, resource management, equity, and change, as it relates to leadership.
