Catalog description
A capstone course designed for graduating Business Program students providing an in-depth examination of strategic decisions and tactics using prior business coursework. Students work in cross-disciplinary teams to implement managerial decisions to operate a company in a simulated industry. Decision-making and analysis of product positioning, forecasting, marketing strategies, production, cost accounting, and financial management are key areas of focus. Additionally, students will use various strategic tools to evaluate a business’s competitive advantage. Teamwork and peer reviews are a vital aspect of this course. All sections require attendance and participation either in person or virtually.
