Catalog description
This course is restricted to students presently studying under the direction and oversight of an approved apprenticeship program, working in partnership with Columbus State Community College. This hands-on course is designed to enable the user to effectively use the basic AutoCAD LT functions, including 2D features of LT, identify its powers and limitations and create, edit, manipulate and dimension CAD drawings. Familiarity with the Windows operating systems is recommended. Topics include: File commands, display commands, CAD tools and set-up, basic drawing commands, editing commands, and layered CAD construction techniques.
