Photovoltaic Systems

Catalog description

This course is restricted to students presently studying under the direction and oversight of an approved apprenticeship program, working in partnership with Columbus State Community College. This is a hands-on course that provides training in the skills required to design, install, troubleshoot and maintain photovoltaic systems. The course is designed to introduce design concepts and the methods of installation used for photovoltaic systems. Fully operational systems are available for hands-on training to interface with battery and grid tie systems.
