Catalog description

This course is restricted to students presently studying under the direction and oversight of an approved apprenticeship program, working in partnership with Columbus State Community College. The contents include safety, tools, and equipment, ceiling components, job planning, installation of anchors and hanger wires, grid, wall molding and ceiling panels. Also included is acoustical ceiling tools, exposed grid, front line grid, concealed grid, stick up ceilings, suspended gypsum ceiling, rated ceilings and specialty ceilings.
