Composing for Chamber Ensemble & Voice

Catalog description

Through composing short exercises/ workshops in collaboration with student performers, the student will develop skills in composing for various small ensembles. In addition, attention will be paid toward composing with text, with emphasis on issues of tessitura and voice-leading.
